The monthly subscription to become a verified Foodini partner is $49 per venue. As a verified partner, you will receive a detailed dietitian verification of your menu and food preparation processes. There are no additional setup costs or lock-ins, so you can cancel at any time without penalty.

Screened partners: The Foodini dietitians have screened the ingredients for each menu item as they are made publicly available by the venue. These are tagged against the 50+ diets and allergens, so users can easily navigate your offering based on their dietary profile.

Verified partners: The Foodini dietitians have directly engaged with the venue to clarify every aspect regarding the ingredients, preparation, storage, or substitute options to reflect the reality of the venue as accurately as possible to our users. We recommend that those with allergies or anaphylactic food intolerances choose “Dietitian Verified” listings only. These listing(s) will have ranking priority over screened partners and will be actively promoted to our user base.

To become a verified Foodini Partner, simply provide a copy of your current menu and schedule a 30-minute onboarding call with Jennifer, our Head Dietitian. The call is to confirm the ingredient and allergen information of each menu item and is typically with the chef, venue manager, or menu details expert. After the call, you’ll be ready to live on the Foodini app. No changes to your menu or operations required – we do the heavy lifting so that you don’t have to.

Yes! We have a dedicated section for food brands and online companies and redirect customers to their online / e-commerce stores.

Once your listing goes live on the app, you will receive login details to our Foodini Partner Portal where any changes can be easily made. Alternatively, as a verified partner, you can let our support team know and we will make any changes for you.

Customers do not currently order or book a table directly through Foodini. However, our “Order Now” and “Book Now” buttons redirect users to the URLs of your choice including Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog, OpenTable, Resy etc., making it easy for customers to take the next step. 

No, the Foodini app operates independently and does not need POS integration.

Yes, the entire Foodini team, including our Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs), are on hand to support you at any stage of your partnership.

Yes, we will be happy to provide you with a suite of data analytics and insights to show user engagement, click through rates and other key metrics.

We have seen over 10,000 app downloads within a short period of time simply by word of mouth. We are about to launch a wide reaching PR campaign with the goal of growing to over 100k users within the next 6 months. Overall there are 8.2 million Australians that fall within the Foodini profile and we aim to bring a quarter of that onto the platform locally by 2025.

At the moment we have over 7,000 restaurants live on the platform with already over 200 dietitian verified partners. At the moment Foodini grows by approx. 800 new venues per month.

We currently cater for over 50 different diets and allergens, including gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and FODMAPs, and everything in between.

Yes! We do not need or ask for quantities of any ingredients present in your menu items. Our dietitians simply need to identify and flag the key allergens present.
